In addition to its research and convening activities, MEMI designs and implements programs that advance minority inclusion, civic engagement, education, capacity building, and community resilience in the Middle East. The Institute partners with foundations, government agencies, international organizations, and civil society actors to develop programs with practical impact. MEMI maintains strong administrative, financial, and compliance systems to support effective grant management, program implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting. Through these efforts, the Institute serves as both a source of policy expertise and a trusted implementation partner for initiatives that strengthen minority communities and their civil society organizations.
